Empower Your Ideas: Boston College Women’s Summit

As a guest speaker at the Boston College Own It Women's Summit, Studio DiBella Principal, Breanna Goodrow conducted a 3-hour workshop for students called "Empowered Through Visualization: How to Refine, Visualize & Share a Goal With Intent." Participants were introduced to a diverse set of tools, methodologies and resources to help them communicate effectively with others in a meaningful way. 

Effective Communication Concepts were brought to life for students through inspirational imagery, project case studies and interactive activities intended to be both fun and accessible to all particpants. Throughout the workshop students completed the provided workbook so they could begin putting their newly discovered tools and resources into practice.

Driving Engagement with An Agenda: HealthTech Venture Network

Determined to bring more engagement to a small local conference, Studio DiBella developed a robust day long conference agenda that provided attendees with three subject matter tracks catering to three core audience segments: New and aspiring entrepreneurs, leaders within companies and executive level investors. There were main-stage panels focused on sharing experiences, tech-focused panels, and executive round-table discussions that offered higher level discussion and thought leadership. By spending time to focus on the event's audience segments and strategically developing the agenda, Studio DiBella was able to multiply engagement of both speakers and attendees.

Tactics for Earning Buy-In: Ladies That UX

The workshop "Tactics for Earning Stakeholder Buy-In" was developed by Studio DiBella to present to both professional groups and corporate teams seeking education on tactics and methods for positive and effective collaborations. Focusing on soft-skill development, we present concepts backed by published articles from Harvard Business Review, Inc and Fast Company, breakdown a variety of methods to deploy the concept, and provide personal examples of how we've used the skill. The workshop can be customized to a client by identifying challenges faced by the organization and through small group breakouts or on-the-spot role playing, talk through solutions utilizing the methods that have been taught.
