Launching on a Global Stage: Strange News

Chelsea and Andy Moynehan are the creative powerhouse behind Strange News. Their first documentary, Big Moccassin, was debuted at Visions Du Reel, the International Film Festival in Nyon, Switzerland. They needed a logo for their promotional material and an animated logo, called an ident in the film industry, to run before the screening. Inspired by their photography roots, passion for documentary and the grit of tabloid newspapers, we decided on this bold, confident mark to represent their Production Company, and teamed up with Doug Filiak on the animation.
