Bree led Creative Direction for LES Society, where she organized and hosted educational events in Florida and New York City for Spine Surgeons, Residents & Fellows.
Bree collaborated with surgeon experts to develop curricula and define strategy for marketing courses. She led the design of event programs, marketing material and signage.
For some events, like the above cadaver lab in a New York City hotel, budget and location can present a challenge. This venue was scouted and confirmed just one week prior to the event after an unexpected cancellation by a concerned hotel manager. The key to most event challenges is to keep a calm head and stay solutions focused!
A professional event planner is not done when the event starts. Hosting an event means constantly ensuring your guests feel welcomed, informed and excited for more.
As a lover of fine dining and fun experiences, Bree has a knack for finding fantastic restaurants with the right combination of novelty and crowd pleasing touches. The dinner above included table tents with conversation starters and name placecards for a personalized experience, perfect for a group of professionals who just met.
Throughout each event Bree was responsible for documenting participants during the didactic & cadaver sessions, as well as social outings during multi-day courses.
Bree led the transition to the organization’s SquareSpace website through wireframe planning, site styling and also provided training on how to use the site’s backend.
